The hotel staff went out of their way to get me a special invoice I needed, and even emailed it to me after Ieft. It wouldn't have been surprising if they forget about it, but it was right there in my Inbox when I got back home from my trip. The location is great and the room was comfy. The free tea/coffee that comes with the room is more generous than usual, as it includes herbal infusions and decaf coffee, as well as biscuits.

I really liked this hotel! Although I was only here for one night I still really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was walking distance from Gare De Lyon which is a major station in Paris and also close to a bus station. I arrived late in the evening and there was still someone there with a smile to check me in! The room itself was very clean and had a big comfortable bed. The kettle with tea and coffee and a bottle of water was also a nice touch. The staff in the morning were also very friendly and helpful with storing my bags at the hotel. The room was great value for money too and I booked quite last minute! I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Paris!

The room I was in had everything necessary, even a teapot. The entire staff was welcoming and supportive. The breakfast was good. The wi-fi worked well. The area is nice, not the most touristic one but still very agreeable. The metro station Gare de Lyon is just 5 minutes from the hotel.

Beautifully redecorated bedroom and bathroom. 2 blocks from Gare de Lyon. Shops, restaurants, bakeries etc. within 2 blocks. Good Indian food 2 doors down.

The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes from Gare de Lyon, which is why we chose it. The 24h reception service is very helpful when one is travelling and arrives late or leaves early (we did both). We stayed in one of the larger rooms on the 5th floor and it was surprising spacious for Parisian standards, as well as quite romantic with all the roofs and open sky one could see.

The room was spacious, quiet, and clean, the staff friendly. Even though the room was right under the roof, and it was hot outside, thanks to the air conditioning the temperature was comfortable. The location between Gare de Lyon and Bastille is great for getting anywhere in public transport.

Location for us was very good as we needed to be close to Gare du Lyon. On a quiet street and close to a good selection of restaurants.
